The 12V50Ah LiFePO4 battery is manufactured using Automotive Grade LiFePO4 Cells, ensuring exceptional quality with higher energy density, more stable performance, and greater power. It has the highest-level safety based on the Testing Certificate for the cell inside the battery. These li-iron batteries are perfect for solar home, RV, campers, motor homes, and off-grid applications.
The LiFePO4 battery provides an impressive lifespan of 10 years, offering 4000~15000 cycles (10 times longer) compared to lead acid batteries. It can endure 4000 Time Cycles at 100% DOD, 6000 Time Cycles at 80% DOD, and 15000 Time Cycles at 60% DOD. This longevity far surpasses the 200~500 cycles and 3-year lifetime of lead acid batteries.
The LiFePO4 Battery weighs only 1/3* the weight of lead acid batteries, making it significantly lighter while maintaining the same capacity. With a weight that is 50% lighter than lead acid batteries, it offers ease of movement and portability.
The LiFePO4 battery's flat discharge curve ensures that it holds above 12.8V for up to 95%* of its capacity usage. This provides a significant boost in run-time compared to lead acid batteries, which only offer 50% capacity usage. It is the ideal choice for outdoor camping power and indoor easy installation. Additionally, it has no memory effect, allowing it to be used as soon as it is charged, regardless of its current state.
This 12V 50Ah battery is suitable for energy storage purposes and supports a max. discharge current of 1C. For trolling motors with 30~70lbs thrust, we recommend using a 12V 100Ah battery.
